Proposals are due by January 18, 2024 for research in six topic areas: agnostic detection of synthetic opioids and other illicit drugs; data labeling and curation at scale for machine learning algorithms; a 911 voice-over-IP telephone dispatchable location system; software defined radio for public safety; video analysis of drug and human smuggling activities; and enhancing mobile radiological/nuclear detection through contextual information.
