Offerors must submit proposals electronically through the FTA's secure file upload system by January 11, 2024 at 5:00PM Eastern Time.
The amendment updates Sections L.6 and L.9 of solicitation number FTA_2024_PMO_0007. Offerors must complete Standard Form 33 and provide all required proposal submission documents and certifications electronically by the stated deadline.
