What’s new in GovTribe: Q2 2026
In Q2 2026, our goal was to help govcon teams work faster with better information and smarter tools. In this release, you'll learn how to:
- Get better govcon support from AI without endless prompting
- Connect with teaming partners directly in GovTribe
- Spot opportunities sooner with new vehicle, protest, and pricing signals
- Put repetitive work on autopilot with govcon automations and agents
- Work faster with new GovTribe shortcuts

What changed in Q2
- AI: GovTribe MCP, AI skills, agent documentation, and Google and Microsoft integrations
- Market intelligence: Federal contract vehicle opportunities, GAO bid protest intelligence, and GSA labor-rate pricing
- Teaming: In-app teaming, partner discovery, and enhanced SBA certification filters
- Automations: Repeatable govcon workflows, scheduled automations, and ready-to-use templates
- Platform: A notification center, bulk pursuit actions, an improved AI workspace, unified search, and smarter help.
Artificial intelligence
AI that already speaks govcon
Most govcon teams have access to AI. The problem is getting useful results without first spending half the conversation explaining contract vehicles, capture stages, set-asides, recompetes, and the rest of the federal market.
In Q2, we focused on giving AI that context from the start.
GovTribe MCP
GovTribe's Model Context Protocol server connects GovTribe to ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other compatible AI tools. That gives AI access to GovTribe data, tools, and domain context while users work in their preferred AI environment.
AI Skills
New GovTribe skills provide AI better context and support for common govcon tasks, including opportunity research, capture planning, competitive analysis, and teaming intelligence. Long story short: they give teams a better starting point than a blank prompt box.
Agent documentation
You can feed our GovTribe for agents documentation to your AI system, so it has a better understanding of govcon and GovTribe. The result is fewer guesses, more grounded answers, and less time correcting an agent that confidently wandered into the wrong procurement universe.
Google and Microsoft integrations
The GovTribe app store connects tools such as Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive. These integrations help GovTribe AI work with the company-specific context teams already rely on.
Market intelligence
More signals, better decisions
Important market signals are often spread across separate systems. That makes it harder to see an opportunity early, assess risk, or validate pricing assumptions before a pursuit is already moving.
Q2 added three new sources of intelligence to help your team build a clearer, fuller view of the market.
- Federal contract vehicle opportunities: Connect your eBuy profile to surface relevant vehicle opportunities in real time.
- GAO bid protest intelligence: Track protests, outcomes, and patterns to improve risk analysis and competitive strategy.
- GSA labor-rate pricing signals: Use current labor-rate data and related pricing signals to support more competitive proposals.
Teaming
In-app teaming
Finding, evaluating, and contacting teaming partners can turn into a long trip through databases, spreadsheets, websites, and inboxes.
The new GovTribe teaming experience helps users identify qualified partners, evaluate fit, and begin conversations in one place. Enhanced SBA certification filtering also makes it easier to narrow potential partners by the certifications that matter for a pursuit.
Simply create a teaming interest to connect with companies pursuing the same federal contract opportunity. From there, you can message potential partners anonymously. (Company names are only shared if you both decide to move forward.)
Automations
Put repetitive work on autopilot
What if your team had an extra analyst working 24/7? Monitoring opportunities, recompetes, and competitors for you. That's exactly the kind of work GovTribe automations can help with.
GovTribe workflow automations let teams schedule and run repeatable workflows across capture, teaming, and pipeline activities. Most take less than a minute to set up and can save your team hours every week in repetitive work.
You can create your own automations or use our templates, which help with:
- Recurring capture monitoring and pipeline reports
- Recompete and follow-on monitoring
- Partner, incumbent, and competitor tracking
- Solicitation compliance triage
- Saved-search opportunity triage
- Pipeline health reviews
Platform
Small improvements that add up
Q2 also included a long list of platform improvements designed to remove friction from everyday work.
Notification center
Real-time alerts across opportunities, pursuits, saved searches, teaming, exports, and GovTribe AI now live in one place.
Bulk pursuit actions
Users can update, tag, move, export, and manage multiple pursuits at once.
A better AI workspace
Your updated GovTribe AI workspace includes a new interface with voice input, smart action recommendations, and projects for easy organization.
Unified search
The top search bar now pulls results from across AI conversations, automations, and workflows in addition to GovTribe intelligence so you can find whatever you're looking for faster.
Quick platform help
We updated our user guide so our platform is easier to explore and enabled a free AI-powered chat, so you can quickly find answers and recommended workflows.
