What’s New in GovTribe: Q3 2025 Updates

In Q3, we made it easier than ever to consult with experts, connect with buyers, get fast market insights, and uncover new state and local opportunities—all on GovTribe.

Here’s a quick look at what’s new.

What’s new in Q3 2025?

1. OnFrontiers Partnership: Consult with Experts
Whether you’re chasing your first contract or managing a complex pursuit, expert guidance is invaluable. That’s why we partnered with OnFrontiers to give you access to more than 17,000 vetted federal experts across 1,300 agencies, right within GovTribe. Scroll to the bottom of any opportunity—or hit the OnFrontiers tab on any pursuit. Then, choose the type of support you need, and you'll get a list of recommended experts with relevant experience. From there, you can connect using credits with OnFrontiers.

Note: GovTribe will recommend the best expert for each opportunity, and if you’d like to connect, you’ll purchase credits directly with OnFrontiers to book anything from a quick consultation to ongoing support.

2. Beacon: Connect with Buyers
Beacon (formerly Personas) in the navigation bar is now where you can go to research federal, state, and local buyers as well as key industry contacts.

Contacts
On the Contacts page, you can search and filter through thousands of records. Each profile includes contact information, document mentions, and associated opportunities or awards. When viewing a buyer, you’ll see a detailed profile summarizing their procurement history, helping you understand what they buy, how they buy, and who they buy from. For deeper insights, just click Analyze This, and GovTribe AI will instantly generate a full breakdown of their buying habits and recommend next steps.

You can also create and manage your own contact lists. Add tags to track outreach efforts, group related contacts together, export to a csv file, or share your lists directly to your CRM for seamless integration. Whether you’re building a list of target buyers, teaming partners, or incumbents, you can organize and reuse them across your pipeline as needed.

Contact Groups

The Contact Groups page is where you can organize and view all your saved lists in one place. Easily add or remove contacts, rename groups, or create new ones for tracking and collaboration. It’s a simple way to keep your outreach organized and aligned with your business development goals.

You can now also link individual contacts or entire contact groups to specific pursuits in your pipeline. Just go to your Pursuits, select the pursuit you’d like to edit, and click + Add in the Links section to associate your contacts. This makes it easy to keep your key relationships connected to the opportunities they influence.
