What’s New in GovTribe: Q2 2025 Updates

Whether you’re a government contractor, agency, grant seeker, consultant, or researcher, the GovTribe team is constantly thinking of new ways to make your job easier. That’s why in Q2 2025, we released six new features to do just that.

What’s new in Q2 2025?

1. New AI Analyst
When you’re viewing contract vehicles, opportunities, awards, or vendor profiles, you can now click the AI analyst tool for an instant breakdown. Think: top competitors, estimated values, scope insights, and more. You can follow up with questions, dig into details, or save the report as a PDF to share with your team.

2. AI Insights Upgrade
We also majorly upgraded our AI insights chat feature to be faster, smarter, and easier to use. It recommends prompts, offers better-quality responses, and clearly lets you know data might be missing or limited.

Even better: you can now upload your own documents (RFPs, capability statements, draft content, etc.) and get summaries, outlines, or custom analysis.

3. New Similar Search

Similar Awards & Opportunities
If you’re looking at an opportunity and wondering, “Are there others like this?”, Similar Search can help. Just click the button, and GovTribe will automatically run a filtered search to find awards or opportunities with similar scopes, buyers, or competitors.

Similar Pursuits
You’ll also see a new Similar Pursuits tab when viewing your own pipeline. It highlights other records that share key details—so you can spot overlaps, catch potential conflicts, or see where your team’s time might be stretched.

4. New Filters
We pride ourselves on quick, intuitive filters—and we’re happy to say they just got even better. You can now:

Opportunity State
Filter federal opportunities by status—Awarded, Cancelled, or Updated.

Custom Dates
Narrow funding data by custom date ranges or federal fiscal years.

5. New User File Upload
You can now upload your own files to GovTribe—attaching them to a specific pursuit or saving them to your personal library to use when the time is right. Whether it’s a set of notes, a proposal draft, or a capabilities deck, you can keep it all in one place so your team stays on the same page and nothing slips through the cracks.

6. Expanded State and Local Coverage
Finally, we expanded our state and local coverage in a big way—expanding our state and local data 4x compared to Q1. This gives you a broader view of non-federal work and helps diversify your pipeline. If you’re looking to grow outside your usual territory, this is a great place to start.
