See GovTribe at work: Q3 2026

Last quarter, we rolled out GovTribe updates to help you connect your tools, speed up writing, find teaming partners, and automate recurring work.

Here are four quick videos showing how to put those capabilities to work, plus ideas and prompts to make them your own.

01 / GovTribe MCP

Connect your tools

Connect GovTribe and other tools to AI so you can easily work across them.

In the demo

A team asks ChatGPT to review past performance in Google Drive, find a matching opportunity in GovTribe, and add it to Asana. The research becomes a task, without copying details between apps.

Try it with your team

Connect GovTribe and your company files to an AI tool that supports MCP. Start with an opportunity match, review the sources, and send an approved lead to your project tracker.

Try this prompt

“Using GovTribe and our past performance in [folder], find three upcoming opportunities at [agency] that fit our work. Explain each match with source links, then add the one I approve to [project tracker].”

Make it your own

Prepare for a buyer meeting

Combine recent awards and forecasts with your calendar to make a short agency briefing.

Share a useful opportunity roundup

Send your team the top new matches, why they fit, and suggested next actions.

02 / Co-authoring

Co-author documents with GovTribe

Work with GovTribe AI to draft, review, and revise documents faster.

In the demo

GovTribe AI creates a capability statement for DHS. A reviewer marks a section, requests a change, and downloads the revised draft.

Try it with your team

Start with a template, an opportunity, or a file you already use. Ask GovTribe AI for a draft, leave comments on the sections that need work, and review the claims and requirements before sharing.

Try this prompt

“Draft a one-page capability statement for [agency or opportunity] using our existing statement and [past performance files]. Keep claims grounded in our sources and flag anything we need to confirm.”

Make it your own

Tailor a proposal response

Use the solicitation and your existing materials to draft a section, then refine it with comments.

Check your draft for gaps

Compare your document with the solicitation and amendments, and ask for any missing requirements with citations.

03 / Teaming

Team with partners in GovTribe

Find interested primes and subs, chat anonymously, and team up when you're ready.

In the demo

On an opportunity’s Teaming tab, a contractor reviews interested businesses, posts its own interest, and starts a conversation. Company identities stay private until a teaming request is accepted.

Try it with your team

Open the Teaming tab on an opportunity you are pursuing. See who is looking for a partner, or post what your company can bring. Review relevant experience before reaching out; you can keep early conversations anonymous.

Try this prompt

“Find potential teaming partners for [opportunity]. Prioritize businesses with relevant work at [agency], and explain their fit, experience, and any gaps I should look into.”

Make it your own

Check their track record

Look at relevant awards, agencies served, and vendor profiles before choosing whom to contact.

Make it easier to find your team

Keep your vendor profile current with capabilities and past performance.

04 / Automations

Automate repetitive work

Have GovTribe AI review new opportunities on a schedule and flag what needs attention.

In the demo

A user chooses the saved-search opportunity triage template, tells GovTribe AI which search to monitor, and schedules a weekday review of potential pursuits.

Try it with your team

Start from a template or describe a recurring task in GovTribe AI. Choose a saved search and a schedule or trigger, then review the first results and adjust the instructions until they are useful.

Try this prompt

“Every weekday at 7 a.m., review new results from [saved search]. Sort them into pursue, partner, watch, or pass. Explain why, and flag any deadlines that need attention.”

Make it your own

Send a Friday pipeline recap

Summarize what changed, what is due soon, and who owns the next action.

Watch a recompete or solicitation

Run a review when a record changes so your team can see what is different.
